Dr. Abdinur Mohamud is a highly accomplished educator, policymaker, and consultant with extensive expertise in education administration and development. He holds a PhD in Education Administration from Ohio University and has held key leadership roles, including Minister of Education, Culture, and Higher Education for Somalia’s Transitional Federal Government.
Dr. Abdinur has contributed to numerous international initiatives, including consulting for the World Bank and UNESCO on education and development projects. His career spans over three decades, focusing on education reform, migration, and public policy. As a valued member of Yasmin Foundation’s Board of Directors, Dr. Abdinur brings deep knowledge and unwavering dedication to empowering Somali communities.
